Fosterparents.com - A site with online training (be sure it meets your states requirements), chat rooms and message boards. 

Child Welfare Information Gateway - A great information site.  This is part of the U.S. Department of Human and Health Services.

Utah Foster Care Foundation - Resources for prospective foster parents as well as currently licensed foster parents. 

Fathers.com - An all emcompassing site for fathers of all kinds!  Inspiring stories, support, training and more!

Foster and Adoptive Care Association of Minnesota - We are a non-profit volunteer 501-C3 organization of foster, adoptive, kinship parents and professional joined together to provide support and information for Minnesota's children and vulnerable adults in care.

Better Endings - A wonderful webiste full of valuable information.  Particularly good information on fetal alcohol syndrome.
